Do you have dogs of your own.
I sure do! I have a 1.5 year old English Bulldog named Mi Hyna, a 18 year old Am Staff named Jagger and a 8 year old French Bulldog named Zoso.
What is the earliest/latest you can make a visit? How many visits can you make?
6:30a.m. to 7:00p.m...That's a long day, right? You can schedule up to 3 visits a day. If you feel more visits are required, we recommend your pet stay with The Butler at the airDoG!
Do you charge extra for administering medications?
I don't like hidden fees, up-selling and the like. There are many things folks charge extra for. I do not. However, we do offer additional services for your pets that do require more of us.
If I am boarding, is there a late pick-up fee?
Traveling today is a challenge in itself. That is why we offer large windows of time to accomplish both, as well as the option of us picking up and/or dropping off for you. We know plans can change, flights get delayed , etc. It's hard enough being away from your dog. We do all we can to make it less so. Pick-ups and Drop-offs outside of the offered hours may have an additional fee.
If I have to cancel, what happens with my deposit?
Plans change. It's no big deal. If you're canceling boarding outside of 30 days, your deposit is refunded in full. Less than 30 days, and your deposit is applied to future services. You can reschedule up to 2x and have the previous deposit applied. After that, your deposit is donated to Austin Bulldog Rescue. Visits purchased as a package of 5 or 10 never expire. Likewise, you can cancel a visit with 48 hours notice up to two times. After that, the visit gets forfeited.
